Summary

This report presents the results of Strategy Analytics’ User Experience Practice web survey investigating behaviors of advanced Chinese mobile phone owners. Advanced phone users in China rated a phone that is easy to use as the most important purchase priority, while a device with a long battery life and that matches their personal style as the second and third. The camera feature was rated as the most important feature by Chinese respondents, while they prefer a phone with a slate form factor and touchscreen. Apple owners in China are the most loyal to their phone manufacturer than owners of other device brands. Mobile web is the most frequently used service, while the music player is the most frequently used feature by Chinese respondents.
