Bharti Airtel continues its steady growth in terms of revenues, but battles with flat operating profits.. as are many other Mobile Operators. The difference for Bharti Airtel is that it operates mainly in India and Africa, with the majority of its subscribers therefore on 2G networks and voice/text services. It has a large opportunity to move to 3G/4G and to Data services.. providing that it can reposition packages and pricing, and monetize Data.
