How satisfied are current smartphone users? What features remain key pain points? This report provides a first sighting of responses to these key questions. Overall both US and UK Smartphone owners are satisfied with their devices. However, Camera and GPS features still have significant room for improvement in both countries. Battery Life remains a key concern while UK users who are also notably less satisfied with their email capabilities than their US counterparts.
