Smart Home on the Lips of Big Brands
Boston, MA - January 17, 2012 –Representatives of Strategy Analytics observed that Smart Home products and solutions were evident in every hall of the 2012 International CES, as well as on the lips of companies such as Cisco and IBM, which are investing in opportunities to support home automation solutions. Verizon provided an update of its newly launched Home Monitoring and Control service that is gaining traction with its FiOS customers, an indication that remote home monitoring applications are driving adoption.
