Director | Joanne Blight
Joanne Blight, is a Director in Strategy Analytics’ Global Automotive Practice with specific responsibility for automotive multimedia and communications markets. She also has a new product development role at Strategy Analytics and is currently directing the launch of two new major market analysis services: navigation and location; and consumer energy saving products.
With 20 years experience of market planning and analysis of emerging technology markets, including automotive, wireless and portable devices, digital home and aerospace, Joanne has provided business insights to a client base of leading automotive, semi-conductor, consumer electronics, software and wireless companies worldwide. She is a regular speaker and chair at specialist automotive conferences in Europe, US and Japan.
Joanne has been a market researcher, business planner, market analyst, service director and business development director since the late-80s. She has managed a wide range of subscription-based services and consulting projects within Strategy Analytics, as well as its predecessor, BIS Mackintosh. Prior to joining BIS Mackintosh, Joanne spent 4 years in the European aerospace industry developing business planning models.
She is an honours graduate in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK, and speaks French. |
