David Kerr is Senior Vice President responsible for the Global Wireless Practice and the Tariff Revenue Strategies Practice. David has over 25 years experience in the mobility space and has worked with leading operators, device vendors, and solutions providers to translate technology capabilities into effective customer value propositions. David also created the User Experience practice as SA to complement our deep vendor insights with usability analysis and evaluation of best in class solutions across devices, applications and portals from a consumer perspective.

Mr. Kerr is responsible for setting the research agenda across networks, applications and devices in the wireless space and for developing new syndicated research programs which extend our leadership in the connected consumer and connected business segments.

Mr. Kerr has spoken at dozens of industry conferences and has completed numerous custom consulting projects centering on opportunity assessment, market segmentation, portfolio analysis, and competitive assessment.

Mr. Kerr holds an Executive MBA degree from Suffolk University, Boston, and a BA Marketing from Thames University London.
